Whether milk, eggs, or jams: our breakfast buffet offers mainly delicacies from our region. And you can taste the difference! Short delivery routes not only ensure better air, but also fresher food.
Hygiene and cleanliness
We also rely on South Tyrolean expertise when it comes to cleaning agents. The hygiene specialist Hygan develops and produces all products not far from Kastelruth, using especially eco-friendly, organic materials. Precise and sparing dosing contributes to low consumption, while filling in concentrates ensures environmentally conscious transport volumes.

Thanks to our photovoltaic system, most of our daily electricity needs are covered by the sun.
Recycling
All waste from our hotel is neatly sorted, so that it can be collected separately and recycled. By separating your waste during your stay, you also help to protect the environment. Thank you for your help!
